Who is eligible to purchase adult-use cannabis?
Anyone over the age of 21 with a valid government-issued photo ID. Valid IDs include a driver’s license, state ID card, passport/passport card, military ID, tribal card.
Do I have to be a Maryland resident to purchase adult-use cannabis?
No, we welcome anyone 21 years or older with a valid government-issued photo ID!
Where will I be able to purchase adult-use cannabis?
You can make Adult-Use cannabis purchases at any dispensary in Maryland.
Do I need to pay taxes on adult-use cannabis?
Adult-use sales will include a 9% Maryland state tax.
Are there any product restrictions for adult-use customers?
Yes. Adult consumers may purchase the following:
- Cannabis vaporizing devices of any product weight (e.g., vapes)
- Concentrated cannabis products with a total weight of 1 gram or less
- Infused pre-rolls of any product weight
- Infused non-edible cannabis products
- Home cultivation products
- Usable cannabis products (e.g., flower, pre-rolls)
- Edible cannabis products, capsules, and tinctures containing up to 10mg TGC per serving, or 100mg of THC per package
How much adult-use cannabis can I purchase?
Adults 21 years and older will be able to possess up to 1.5 ounces of cannabis flower, up to 12 grams of concentrated cannabis; or a total amount of cannabis products that does not exceed 750 mg of THC. This is known as the “personal use amount.”
Will gLeaf still be offering home-delivery?
We are not permitted to deliver to adult-use customers but continue to offer home delivery for medical patients.
As an adult-use customer, how do I place an order?
You can place your pre-order via our website. We recommend placing pre-orders to avoid a longer wait time at the store. If you don’t place a pre-order, no worries! We will have menu kiosks set-up for adult-use customers to view our entire menu and pick out your products for your order.

With Adult-Use sales having started July 1st, 2023 in Maryland, you may notice an increase of traffic in your store, and we want to assure you that this transition won’t affect your medical needs or interactions with your favorite staff. Our priority is, and always will be, ensuring that you have access to your medicine!

We have dedicated the entrances currently used at both stores to medical patients only, and will be opening new entrances with separate lines for adult-use customers.

We will have dedicated registers for our medical patients at each of our locations to make sure we can serve you quickly and efficiently.
Patient Counseling
We continue to offer patient counseling with our Clinical Director, Dr. Helen Kerr. Since Medical Cannabis became available in Maryland in 2017, Clinical Director, Helen Kerr, PharmD has assisted medical cannabis patients in understanding how cannabis may help improve their quality of life. Now, Dr. Helen provides these same services to our Adult Use customers who may want to consider using cannabis to help with their chronic medical issues. Product Pricing & Discounts
Our goal is to provide you with affordable options in our dispensary. Our prices will continue to reflect our wholesale costs. We will continue to offer everyday discounts to our veterans (22% off), 60+ seniors (10% off), and cannabis industry workers (20% off).
Starting 7/1/23, we will be offering 20% off to all medical patients on Mondays & Tuesdays each week. (Discounts cannot be stacked. Discounts are subject to change at any time.)

We continue to offer, and encourage, pre-orders from our website menus. We recommend placing pre-orders to keep the in-store process moving quickly and efficiently!

Home Delivery for Medical Patients
Thank you for your interest in gLeaf Maryland Delivery
Please see the individual menus for the Daily Deals at each location and for delivery. When ordering for delivery, discounts active on the day your order is placed are applied to your total, not the deal from the day of delivery. We cannot stack discounts. Some exclusions apply, and all deals are valid while supplies last only. Please schedule your delivery order for a day where you will be at or within close access to your residence or approved healthcare facility.
A brief overview of the delivery process:
Patients may place an order through our website, over the phone, or on Weedmaps.com. If you would like to apply loyalty points to your delivery order, please specify at the time the order is placed (if ordering online, please use the space for comments). When we receive your order and verify your information, our delivery agents will start preparing your order. You may receive an automated text notifying you that your order is being prepared. We will contact you either via phone or SMS if we need additional information, or if an item you ordered is out of stock.
Delivery Cutoff Times:
Orders will be scheduled for the day chosen when placing your delivery order.
Same day delivery orders are only available in Frederick county and certain areas in Montgomery County, and Washington county.
Same day delivery orders must be placed before 10AM in Washington County, 11AM in Montgomery County, and 12PM in Frederick County. Some zip codes are excluded, go to checkout for details.
All other locations will be next day delivery and must be submitted prior to 8pm. Orders received after 8pm, will be scheduled 1 day later.
Please note that same-day delivery is only available in Frederick county, some Montgomery County Zip Codes, and some Washington county Zip Codes. See below for a full list of all zip codes along with their cutoff time and whether it is next-day or same-day delivery. While same-day delivery is something that we do our best to accommodate, it is not something we can always guarantee. If your order was placed before the delivery cutoff time for your area (listed below), your order will be routed for same-day delivery– if we have the capacity. If not, your order will be delivered the next day.
On the day of delivery, our delivery agents will contact you via phone (or SMS if requested) with your order total and a time window for your delivery. Drivers begin their routes around late morning or midday. Please be advised; while we do our best to accommodate delivery time requests, we cannot guarantee exact times due to the nature of our delivery routes. When receiving your order, you must show the delivery agent two valid forms of identification: your MMCC card issued by the MCA and a valid government-issued ID (driver’s license, state ID card, Military ID card, and US passport are all acceptable). You must pay in cash at the time of delivery. We do not accept any electronic forms of payment. We can only deliver to your home residence, not your work or any other business.
Please schedule your delivery order for a day where you will be at or within close access to your residence or approved healthcare facility.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Maryland State Law allows delivery only to registered medical patients or that patient’s registered caregiver. Caretakers, guardians, or powers of attorney may not receive an order on behalf of a patient unless they are that patient’s registered caregiver with the MMCC.
By law, we are only able to deliver to residential addresses or healthcare facilities. We cannot deliver to a commercial address.
At this time, iOS devices do not support in-app Weedmaps orders. You will need to navigate to our weedmaps menu in your phone’s web browser to place an order.
Delivery routes and times are subject to change at any time.
If your order was placed online, you may receive an auto-generated SMS notifying you that your order has been delivered. Please disregard this message if you have not received your order. As mentioned above, a delivery agent will contact you directly to set up a delivery time.
