You no longer need your old password. Instead, create a new account as instructed. Once you do, your loyalty points and shopping history will be restored.
As long as you create your new account by September 15th, your loyalty points will transfer to your new account. If you experience any issues, please visit us in-store for assistance.

Yes, you can still shop in-store. However, to continue earning and using your loyalty points, you’ll need to create a new account online.
