Adult use sales will be starting on July 1st in Maryland!

Who is eligible to purchase adult-use cannabis?
Anyone over the age of 21 with a valid government-issued photo ID. Valid IDs include a driver’s license, state ID card, passport/passport card, military ID, tribal card.

Do I have to be a Maryland resident to purchase adult-use cannabis?
No, we welcome anyone 21 years or older with a valid government-issued photo ID!

Where will I be able to purchase adult-use cannabis?
You can make Adult-Use cannabis purchases at any dispensary in Maryland starting July 1st.

Do I need to pay taxes on adult-use cannabis?
Adult-use sales will include a 9% Maryland state tax.

Are there any product restrictions for adult-use customers?
Yes. Adult-use customers will not be able to purchase any concentrates/extracts other than distillate vape cartridges. Adult-use customers will also not be able to purchase Edibles over 10mg per piece/100mg per container.

How much adult-use cannabis can I purchase?
Adults 21 years and older will be able to possess up to 1.5 ounces of cannabis flower, up to 12 grams of concentrated cannabis; or a total amount of cannabis products that does not exceed 750 mg of THC. This is known as the “personal use amount.”

Will gLeaf still be offering home-delivery?
We are not permitted to deliver to adult-use customers but continue to offer home delivery for medical patients.

As an adult-use customer, how do I place an order?
You can place your pre-order via our website or Weedmaps.com. We recommend placing pre-orders to avoid a longer wait time at the store. If you don’t place a pre-order, no worries! We will have menu kiosks set-up for adult-use customers to view our entire menu and pick out your products for your order.

Are you expecting long lines on July 1st?
We are expecting more customers, but with the renovations we have made to our stores we should be well equipped to accommodate the increase in business. The best way you can beat the rush is ordering ahead!
